Google Classroom as a Tool of Support for Flexible Learning in the New Normal

The global crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic affected all areas life significantly paving way to new normal set-up. In response, higher education system in Philippines opted implement flexible learning as its delivery model. Flexible unlocked critical redesigning pre-pandemic and teaching paradigm, one which is deployment management systems or online platforms contribute effective implementation learning. present study attempts explore Google Classroom’s potentials acceptability a tool support language teaching. A survey questionnaire was given group 44 university students who completed Purposive Communication course. Using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis data, findings revealed that majority agreed Classroom could provide accessibility, utility, students’ satisfaction. Similarly, it communication interaction instruction Further, qualitative-inductive approach using thematic open-ended question supports through following: (a) easy monitoring tasks, assignments, projects, announcements; (b) excellent storage materials (ex. backup files); (c) motivates manage time; (d) perform well. Therefore, occurs Classroom, an educational interactive tool, has potential learning, provided responsive timely faculty guidance place.
